Pre-registered athletes can pick up their race packets at Bank Street Events on Friday, June 25, 2010, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 26, 2010, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Bank Street Events is located at 65 Bank Street in downtown Stamford. Nearby parking is available at the Bell Street and Summer Street Garages. Race day packet pick up is available; however, athletes are strongly encouraged to pick up their packets on Friday or Saturday.Each participant MUST pick up his/her own packet and show a photo ID and/or USAT membership card, per USAT insurance regulations.

Gear transport information
Participants will receive a Transition Bag at packet pick up. Athletes must bring the Transition Bag to the race. On race day, athletes will check in at Columbus Park, which is the location of Transition 2 (T2). Athletes will have their bodies marked and will have the opportunity to get last minute adjustments on their bikes.After check-in, athletes will first set up their gear for T2. After doing so, athletes ride a half-mile to Transition 1 (T1) at Cummings Beach and set up their gear for T1. Athletes will then prepare for the swim.
Upon completing the swim, athletes will go to T1 and put all swim gear in their Transition Bag. Volunteers will then transport this bag to T2. Once athletes complete the race, they will return to T2 and collect their gear.

All teams will be scored according to the following:
- Points will be awarded in descending order from 1st – 5th place according to the individual’s overall finish in the respective gender and age group category
1st Place – 6
2nd Place – 5
3rd Place – 4
4th Place – 3
5th Place – 2
½ point will be awarded to each finisher outside of 5th Place
- All team members must be registered as a team prior to race start to count in team scoring; no members can be added after the race
- Relay teams count as an individual and earn points based on their finish in the relay categories
