Segments of the Navigators Stamford KIC IT races to benefit Kids in Crisis will be going through portions of Stamford on Sunday morning, June 12, from approximately 7:30-10:30 a.m. Roads will be open, but drivers are urged to find alternate routes as heavy delays are expected.

Downtown Stamford roads that will be affected include: Washington Boulevard, Tresser Boulevard, Canal Street, Magee Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, and Long Ridge Road; the majority of athletes will be arriving between 7:30-10:00 a.m. on these roads. All roads will be open except for the southbound lane of Washington Boulevard, which will be closed from 7:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

Shippan area roads that will be affected include: Shippan Avenue, Ocean Drive East, Westcott Road, Rockledge Drive, Sea Beach Drive, Hobson Street, Ocean Drive West, Ralsey Road South, South Sagamore Lane, Sagamore Road, and Harbor Drive; the majority of athletes will be arriving between 9:00-10:30 a.m. on these roads.
